Terms of Use

• Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account, and for who you add to your company's team.
• A company's owners decide who joins its team; we pass on requests to join but do not add people ourselves.

You agree not to:

• break the law, including anti-spam and data-protection law, when you contact the people and companies you find;
• research or contact people for harassment, discrimination or anything they would reasonably not expect;
• resell the service or its data in bulk, or copy it to build a competing product;
• get round search limits, probe or overload the service, or reach anyone else's data.

When you contact someone you found here, you are the one contacting them, and their rights are yours to respect.

Apollo and Hunter are optional and run on your own accounts, under their own terms, with their credits billed by them. Contact details are fetched only when your assigned user asks. We are not responsible for other services' availability, charges or data.

• The Free plan gives a set number of searches every month, free, for as long as you like.
• Paid plans are priced per month in US dollars, shown on the pricing page. You can try a paid plan free for 14 days, once per company; if you do not choose it, you move back to Free.
• Until card payments are added to the app, paid plans are arranged with us directly and paid by UPI, bank transfer or a payment link. A plan runs for the time paid for and then moves back to Free unless renewed. You keep your data either way.
• A search that fails on our side is given back. If something is wrong with a payment, tell us and we will put it right.

What you put in and the results made for you are yours to use in your business. You let us process them to run and improve the service, as our Privacy Policy describes. The software, design and brand of Who Buys From You are ours.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost deals, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; we will update the date above and tell you before a change that matters takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
